You are aware as a sports person, whether at club, national, or international level that the actual physical skills of the people involved at that particular level are of a similar quality and that the thing that makes the difference is the psychological preparation.
This psychological preparation determines who wins and who loses when the pressure is on and to some people this comes as a natural ability so they don’t know exactly what they do to achieve their success. The problem with having this mental state as a natural ability is that if it is lost “ the natural “ doesn’t know how they achieved it in the first place, making it very difficult to return to form, we see this in the world of sport everyday when champions have an off period it can take years to get back to form.
By using our techniques you can achieve the same levels of concentration, relaxation or whatever is needed by your specific sport. By following our program for change you can achieve the best you can be.

This process uses concentrated inner focus, visualisation,

Above all the work is a confidential matter, and no details about our work together are disclosed to anyone without the client's permission. This guarantee of non-disclosure applies to the client's husband or wife and their families. Even the fact that a client is working with me will not be disclosed to anyone without his or her permission.
All sessions are totally private and individual, working together to achieve your aims.
Your investment is £50.00 per session inclusive session time 60 mins. This includes the initial planning session. This initial session can be conducted by telephone if required but prepayment is necessary

Appointments
Appointments should be made by telephone. Consultations are strictly by appointment and it is regretted that casual callers cannot be seen.
Location
We are located on Porchester Road, Mapperley, Nottingham at its junction with Daisy Road ( the corner opposite the 'Punch Bowl' pub.) If you come by car, you will find parking on the ' Punch Bowl' side of Daisy Road.
